This letter is written to recommend the talents of Curtis Settino. I have had the pleasure of knowing Mr. Settino since April 1998 when I hired him as Art Director at PrintPaks, Inc. We worked together for 1 and 1/2 years and during that time he continuously proved his exemplary creative skills while also developing excellent leadership skills.

When Curtis began his job at PrintPaks, he quickly became an important resource for other designers as well as those outside the department—always available with an answer or helping hand. He was always quick to establish efficient and creative work processes and worked well, and cheerfully so, under tight deadlines.

As the Creative Department workload increased, Curtis eagerly took on more and more responsibilities and met or exceeded the challenges. He led the efforts as Art Director on several products and was great at working with the team (internal and freelance) on all phases, brainstorming, organizing, designing and producing. He was flexible, always offered good design solutions and multitasked with bells on.
